Meet our Founder

Dr Ntombi Mutshekwane is a serial entrepreneur, medical doctor, investor, researcher & networker. She has a passion for Health Technologies, Digital Transformation in Healthcare & Training. She founded the Mutsh Group of companies comprising of Dr Mutshekwane Incorporated (2005) and Mutsh Medical International (2010/2014) and recently added the Mutsh Training institute.

Through her company Dr Mutshekwane Incorporated, she led a group of emergency medical doctors in the delivery of services in private sector emergency departments for over 15 years. She previously occupied the Marketing and Clinical Advocacy Executive role at Meditech South Africa. Currently, she is the CEO of Mutsh Medical International and the Healthcare Lead at Boxfusion Healthcare (Pty) Ltd.

She also formed part of a doctor grouping that recently acquired a stake at Momentum Health Services. Dr Mutshekwane is also the Chair of the SMME subcommittee of the Black Business Council.
